Mark - Egg Bake

Ingredients
8 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 16 oz Ground Pork Sausage, Lean cooked, drained 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 2 tbsp Basil 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 2 slice (1 oz) Cheddar Cheese 4 tsp Garlic 2 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Chop all rough ingredients to desires size (I like smaller, but some like bigger), set aside. Beat eggs, add garlic, black pepper and cheese.

Split chopped ingredients between 4 pans, pour egg mixture.

I refrigerate then in the morning preheat oven to 380-400, bake for 25-30 minutes (or until done). Serve with salsa if you like.
