5 oz Chicken, Costco Rotisserie Chicken (3oz/85gm) 1/2 cup Pace Chunky Salsa - Mild 1 15 oz can Bush's Black Beans6 La Bandarita Low Carb Low Fat Soft Taco Tortilla 6 oz Cheddar Cheese 6 tbsp Great Value Low Fat Sour Cream 1.5 cup Uncle Bens Spanish Rice (Ready Rice) (by LINDSAY_21)
Microwave rice according to package
Drain and rinse beans
Shred 5 oz of rotisserie chicken
Combine chicken and beans in a microwave safe bowl. Stir in 1/2 cup salsa. Microwave 2 minutes on high or until hot.
Warm tortillas according to package directions. Put 1/2 cup chicken and bean mix in a tortilla. Top with about 1/4 cup rice, 1 oz cheese, 1 tbsp sour cream, and more salsa if desired.
