Sausage Gravy

Ingredients
6.0 tbsp Butter, salted2.0 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth0.33 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour32.0 oz Jimmy Dean pork sausage hot
Directions
Brown sausage and drain. Set aside. Melt butter in 4 qt saucepan. Whisk flour until blended,making a roux. Slowly add milk and broth until blended. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, whisking occasionally until sauce thickens (about 5 mins). Add sausage and heat through. Serving Size: 16
