Ingredients
1.5 cup Bush's, Black Beans0.25 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry0.5 cup Bread, Progresso Bread Crumbs, Garlic and Italian Herb1.0 serving Mini Sweet Bell Peppers (3 peppers to a svg)2.0 tsp Garlic0.5 cup Spinach, fresh1.0 dash Salt1.0 dash Pepper, black1.0 tbsp Canola Oil
Directions
Blend till smooth (except the oil). Form into patties. Cook in oiled skillet approx 3 to 4 min per side.
