Gluten free Meatloaf

Ingredients
12 oz Ground beef 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw .25 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) .75 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 tbsp Butter, salted 12 tbsp Bread Crumbs - Gluten Free (Schar) (by SLIMLEIGH1) 3 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard 2 tbsp Catsup 0.25 tsp Lawrys Seasoned Salts .25 tsp Black Pepper, ground (by MELISSA_X0)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F
Chop up the onions, pepper,mushrooms, and cook them in a 8" cast iron skillet with the 1Tb butter. about 5 min
While that cooks combine hamburger and remaining ingredients together.
Then pull skillet off stove and place cooked onion mix in the hamburger and mix well.
Put the meatloaf mix into the skillet, smothing out with wooden spoon, then grind a little fresh salt and pepper on top, if you would like apply some catsup to the top and bake about 35-40 min
serve in the pan.
