Ingredients
1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw9.0 tsp packed Brown Sugar2.0 tsp C & H Pure Cane Sugar Granulated White - sugar (1 tsp/4g)1.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour1.0 tbsp Vanilla Extract1.0 tbsp Cinnamon, ground2.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted4.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh1.0 tsp Baking Soda1.0 tsp Baking Powder0.5 tsp Salt
Directions
Grease 9×5 pan and set oven to 350 Mash banana, then mix in egg, vanilla and sugars In separate bowl mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon Mix into banana mixture and incorporate thoroughly Mix in melted butter and pour into pan Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean Let cool 10 minutes before inverting out of pan Store in airtight container
