Beef - Beef Stroganoff

1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil12 oz Beef, top sirloin2 tsp Garlic 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1/2 cup Chobani Whole Milk Plain Greek Yogurt 1/2 cup Sour Cream2 tbsp Butter, salted1 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme 2 tbsp Parsley 1/4 tsp Sea Salt and pepper
In a large skillet heat the oil, saute the beef. Transfer to a plate, leaving juices in the pan. Add onions and garlic, then mushrooms.
Return beef to the pan and add the cream in and boil. Simmer slowly till beef is tender about 15 mintues.
Stir in sour cream and spices.
Serve with mashed Cauliflower or your other favorite veggie.
