Nutty Applesauce Pancakes

Ingredients
0.75 serving(s) unbleached all purpose flour4.0 tbsp Nut flour0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract0.5 cup apple sauce original2.0 small Egg, fresh, whole, raw4.0 oz Fat Free Skim Milk [1cup serving](Great Value)0.25 tsp Morton Iodized Salt
Directions
Warm up griddle, put on some oil or low fat butter. Using measuring cup to pour the batter, wait for a minute or two then flip. Depending on the setting and heat you may or may not see bubbles in the batter to help indicate when to flip; the nut flour makes the batter heavier so sometimes it just darkens and I don't get bubbles.
