Ingredients
1 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 1 cup Arrowroot flour .33 cup Coconut flour (by SCRAPPYMELLA) 1 tsp Salt 2 tbsp Psyilium Seed 1.5 tbsp chia seeds 3 tsp Yeast (Red Star Bread Machine Yeast) (by LEETIE) 1.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap .75 tbsp Maple Syrup
Directions
Place water and syrup into bread pan. In another bowl whisk all the dry ingredients except yeast. Add dry to wet then place yeast on top. Use dark crust, 1 pound setting.
