340 grams Potato, raw 200 grams Carrots, raw 200 grams Parsnips .2 oz Fage Total 0% Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt 5 oz Bone broth ,chicken 8 oz 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Tarragon, ground .25 tsp Cumin seed
Directions
peel and cook veggies with salt and pepper,drain and mash with chicken broth ,butter or yogurt.spice with paprika,tarragon.
