Peanut Butter Cloud Bread

Ingredients
1 tbsp Just Great Stuff - Organic Powdered Peanut Butter 1 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder 6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 8 oz Cream Cheese 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Baking Powder 2 dash Salt 4 grams sugar twin stevia packet (by JIMROGERS1939)
Directions
Separate eggs whites and yolks into two separate bowls. Beat egg whites until stiff. Set aside. Beat yolks with one package of Philadelphia cream cheese (8 oz) and add 1 tbsp peanut butter powder, 1 tsp cinnamon, one tbsp psyllium husks, and a couple dashes of salt. Blend till smooth. Fold in egg whites. Drop by large spoonfuls on parchment lined baking tray and spread gently to about 4” circles. Bake 20-25 minutes at 300°F oven.
Remove with spatula from parchment paper with spatula to cooling racks. Store in covered container in fridge for up to one week. Freeze well also. Makes about 21 x 4” rounds.
