Ortega Chili Casserole

Ingredients
4 oz Ortega green chilies whole mild (by CHUCKLES0719) 16 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 6 clove Garlic 4 oz Ortega green chilies whole mild (by CHUCKLES0719) 4 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1.5 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 1 tsp Johnny's Seasoning Salt (by LEXIBELLE715) 1 serving Salt & Pepper to taste (by ANJIEALLEN) 2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Line bottom of glass pan with 1 can of whole ortega chilies ( washed and seeded for a milder taste)
Layer of grated cheese (1.5 ro 2 cups)
Layer of ground beef that has been browned with onion and garlic
Season to taste
Add another layer of Ortega Chilies

Pour over the layers, a mixture of
4 beaten eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup of milk
1 teaspoon Johnny Salt

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes
