0.5 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per lb) Apples, fresh with skin1.0 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh0.25 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)140.0 gram Kirkland Frozen Pineapple Chunks1.0 serving Bigelow Green Tea (1 bag = 8 oz)1.0 serving Fresh Stevia Leaf
Place all ingredients in bullet, add water to fill line and blend. If you don't have a bullet, blend it well in a blender. I burned up 3 regular blenders before I upgraded to a good blender, ($100ish range) but I like the bullet better.
Serving Size: I use a bullet, the large cup.
