Ingredients
16 oz Owens Pork Sausage - Regular (by VLDUNCAN) 1 serving Eggland's Best Large Egg 4 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 8 oz Cheddar Cheese 2 tbsp Onions, dehydrated flakes 2 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Form balls into walnut size or less - 1.5 in. Place on parchment lined cookie sheet on top rack of oven. Bake for 20 minutes. Makes about 32 balls, and I often double it. This recipe freezes well.
