Ingredients
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 cup Cheese - 2% - 4 Cheese Mexican - Shredded - Kroger seasonings to taste
Directions
Pre-heat waffle maker
Whisk egg in a bowl
Add cheese & seasonings
Put half of batter in mini waffle maker
Cook 3-4 minutes (until crispy)
Take out & cool. Cook the remaining batter.

Tip: batter has a tendency to try & take over the world. Putting something under mini waffle maker is advised.

    I didn't add any seasoning. I used a regular waffle maker and cooked 3-minutes. Tastes good and will likely try adding a little vanilla next time. Nice way to get your waffle fix in without the carbs! - 2/7/21
