Ingredients
1 small, round, white pitta bread (approx 13cm diameter) 2 tbsps (40g) Pureed Tomatoes 1/4 cup (25g) grated Mozzarella cheese 1 small Mushroom, chopped1 tbsp Red Pepper, chopped1 tbsp Onion, chopped4-5 Pineapple chunks
Directions
* Spread two tablespoons of tomato puree on pitta bread
* Add the chopped mushroom, pepper, onion and pineapple
* Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
* Bake at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes
