Cheesy rice and tomatoes

Ingredients
1 medium onion or half large onion3 stalks celery3 cups cooked/canned tomatoestsp saltdash of pepper2 cups cheddar cheese3 cups cooked rice
Directions
Cook rice

saute raw vegetables (celery and onion) with oil
stir in cooked or canned tomatoes to vegetables
add pepper
add salt
mix in rice
add cheese
cover and simmer until cheese is melted
