0.75 cup Libbys 100% pure pumpkin, canned 0.75 cup Kirkland almond flour blanched 12 tbsp Coconut Flour, Let's Do Organic 1 tsp Baking Powder 0.5 tsp Salt 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 8 tbsp Kerrygold Irish Butter, Salted (1 Tbsp/14 g) 1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol 36 tsp Xylitol (zero net carbs)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Sift all dry ingredients and sweetener Melt butter Beat eggs Combine all wet ingredients Stir wet into dry until thoroughly combined. Divide evenly into muffin tin. Bake for approximately 25 mins. Serving Size: 1 muffin
