4 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked 113 grams Portabella Mushrooms 1 serving Cabbage (1 cup, shredded) 4 oz Pico de Gallo 8 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia) Flour Tortillas 8 tbsp Guacamole 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese 2 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium) 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
chop head of cauliflower, mushrooms, and onions. toss with olive oil and taco seasoning. bake 40 minutes at 400F. distribute into taco shells and add toppings. enjoy
