Ingredients
2.0 serving "Great Value" Pepper Jack Cheese, Sliced (1 slice)1.0 leaf Iceberg Lettuce (salad)0.25 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average0.5 serving Bacon - Hormel Blk Label Microwave (4 slices)2.0 tbsp Kraft Real Mayo
Directions
I baked two cheese slices slightly overlapping so you can fold it over when you're done and it's less messy. I baked them at 400 degrees for about 7 minutes then let it cool and crisp up while I prepped the veggies and bacon. Once cool I spread may, then ripped the bacon in half and laid them over the mayor then lettuce then tomato pieces.
