Low Carb Almond Granola Bars (1 bar/54g)

Ingredients
1 cup, whole Almonds 1 tbsp Psyllium Husk Powder 2 tbsp Hoosier Hill Farm Butter Powder2 tbsp erythritol1/2 tbsp Coconut Oil 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract 20 drops liquid stevia
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 275 degrees F.
2. Add everything to a food processor and pulse until you have chunks of almonds, but everything is combined.
3. Place the mixture into a 9" round cake pan and press it down very firmly using a spatula.
4. Bake for 30 minutes, until edges are browned. Allow to cool for 15-20 minutes until set.
5. Separate into 4 servings.
