Ingredients
3 oz onions, raw, purple/red (1 slice) .5 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 serving Garlic, Minced, Spice World (garlic,water,phosphoric acid) (by HANSOMEBOY) 8 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 16 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast .5 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black 4 cup Birds eye riced cauliflower
Directions
cook chicken in water. saute vegetables, add to stock, add cauliflower to stock, salt and pepper to taste
