6 serving Member's Mark 100% Liquid Egg Whites 1 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average .5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) .5 cup Spinach, fresh .33 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 serving (Great Value) 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray (by MS_MAYZEE)
Directions
Spray pan with Olive Oil...sautee all veggies on med heat until desired consistency, add egg whites, add salt and pepper to taste.
