Crustless Spinach Quiche

Ingredients
1 package (10 oz) yields Spinach, frozen or 1 bag Fresh2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat 1 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 1 small can Durkee French Fried Onions 3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded 6 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
Directions
Oven 350 - Lightly olive oil 9 x 13 dish . (Ok to use fresh spinach) - thaw and drain frozen spinach. mix spinach, eggs, sour cream, cheddar cheese and onions. Top with parm and mozz bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick is clean. Let set up for 5 - 10 minutes.
