14 oz Beef, Costco Lean, Ground (by POET13) 0.75 cup, chopped Onions, raw 82 gram(s) Bell Pepper - Red - 1 large (164 gram) (by GARYO12) 0.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 serving Homemade Taco Seasoning Allrecipes.com, 10 servings (by MOMOF911KIDS) 2 serving tomato, red, fresh, medium, whole (by KANDI1331) 6 cup Romaine lettuce serving size 2 cups fresh express hearts of romaine 45 gram(s) Balderson 3 Year Old Heritage Cheddar Cheese
Over medium heat in a large frying pan, brown lean ground beef. Add diced onion, red pepper, mushroom pieces and taco seasoning (use as much or as little as you prefer). Stir, breaking up beef, until no longer pink. dice the tomatoes and add them to the pan. Stir well. Turn heat down and let simmer for 20 minutes.
Tear lettuce and distribute evenly on dinner plates. Top with taco mixture. Spread 1/3 of the cheese over each plate. Enjoy!
