Spinach Salad

Ingredients
1 - 10 oz. pkg. fresh spinach1 c. sliced strawberries1 - 10 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained1/2 c. fresh blueberries1/2 c. slivered almonds, toastedPoppy Seed Dressing:1/2 c. canola oil1/2 c. splenda1/3 c vinegar1/4 c. chopped onion1/4 tsp. saltMix in blender w/ 1 Tbsp. Poppy seeds, blend 2 seconds.
Directions
Combine all ingredients and toss with 1/2 cup of dressing.

Serve immediately

Dressing may be refrigerated in covered container for 5 days.
Makes approximately 15 - 1/2 cup servings.
