2 tbsp Simple Truth Black Chia Seeds (by TABENDALL) 4 serving Hodgson Mills Yellow Corn Meal 1/4 c 3 serving Hungry Jack mashed potato flakes 1/3 c dry 2 cup Simple Truth Fat Free Vegetable Broth (by RTUCKER7)
Directions
place corn meal, potato flakes and chia seeds in a bowl. Voil vegetable broth and pour into flour, mix and set aside. season with 1/8 tsp cayenne, 1/2 tsp chili power, 1/4 tsp sea salt, 1/4 tsp cumin. form dough into 12 patties. light coating of oil or butter of skillet, brown chia cakes on both sides and serve warm.
