pineapple ( fresh or canned)mandarin orange (fresh or canned)fresh blueberriesfresh grapesfresh mangoes (seedless Manila mango preferred, if available)apples (your choice)strawberries (rinsed and cut right before serving)bananas (sliced right before serving)
Open can of pineapple, discard juice and pour fruits in a large salad bowl with lid. Open can of mandarin orange, pour fruit and juice in the bowl. Add blueberries and grapes. Cut/slice mangoes and apples to bite size and add into the bowl.
Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve with fresh sliced strawberries and/or bananas.
Great for snacks, breakfast or dessert. Can be served with fat free cool whip, ice cream, yogurt or granolas.
