5 medium Potatoes-Russet1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, rawdash Saltdash Pepper, black2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Slice potatos thinly. Leave onion in chunks or it will disappear when cooked. Place potato and onion slices on a sheet of aluminum foil. Sprinkle olive oil, salt and pepper. Fold the aluminum foil over its self to make a packet and bake in the oven of throw on the grill.
If in the oven at about 425 for 1, flipping the packet half way through to ensure even cooking.
