1.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour .75 tsp Diamond Crystal - Kosher Salt (by SHIRTTALES) .75 tsp Baking Soda 1.5 stick Butter, unsalted 1 cup, packed Brown Sugar .25 cup Granulated Sugar 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 large Egg Yolk 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 6 tbsp Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 6 tbsp Toll House Nestle Dark Chocolate Chips Serving Size 1 Tbsp servings per bag about 20
Directions
brown one stick of butter, melt in half stick after, cool in fridge. in separate bowl mix flour, salt, and baking soda. cream butter and sugars together until fluffy. add egg, yolks, vanilla, and beat. fold in dry ingredients until incorporated. fold in chocolate chips. cool dough. line 2 sheets with foil and dish 6 balls of dough (about 3 rounded tbs.) on each. refrigerate. bake at 375 for 15 mins
