12 oz. ground beef, 93% leanLawry's Taco Seasoning, 2 tsp8 cups romaine lettuce, cleaned and choppedRed Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or slicedBlack Olives, canned (small-extra large), 4 tbspCheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded Sour Cream, reduced fat, 8 tbspSalsa, 1 cupTortilla Chips, about 28 chips
Brown ground beef. Add taco seasoning according to package directions.
I like to serve all the ingredients on the table and have everyone serve themselves by layering 1/4 of each on their plates with the tortilla chips on the side. Green onions are optional

So fast and easy. So amazingly and unbelievably delicious for the calories. Instead of lean ground beef, I switched for 4oz of t-bone steak per serving. I also used iceberg lettuce instead. I skipped on the tortilla chips. I added lemon juice to the taco seasoning on the steak (was amazing) - 12/18/11
