Healthier Cream Cheese Icing

8 oz Cream Cheese, softened 3/4 cup Confectioners Powdered Sugar 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract 3 tbsp Butter, unsalted, softened A Dash of Salt
In a medium mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter together with an electric hand mixer until well combined.
Gradually beat in the powdered sugar until totally combined then beat in the vanilla and a dash of salt.
Frost your cake / cupcakes.
Keep refrigerated after frosting.
Allow cake / cupcakes to set out for a few minutes before eating to allow the frosting to soften a little.
