Apple-Grape salad (Waldorf Salad)

Ingredients
6 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 1 tbspLemon Juice 1/2 tsp Salt 2 medium sized sweet apples ( I like Gala)1 dash Pepper, black (optional)1 cup, seedless red Grapes, sliced in half 1 cup, diced Celery1 cup Walnut or Pecan pieces (may be lightly toasted)
Directions
Mix together the mayo, lemon juice, salt (and pepper if using). Stir in the chopped apple so every piece is covered in dressing. Then stir in the celery and grapes. Add the nuts just before serving. (I used up toasted pecans and it was great!)

Serving Size: Divide into 6 servings
