1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract1.0 tbsp Coconut Oil6.0 almond Almonds10.0 Grams Pecans1.0 tbsp Honey2.0 tbsp Maple Syrup0.5 serving Apple, Gala (medium)1.0 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)1.0 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp1.0 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds40.0 gram Dates, Hadley Pitted Deglet Noor (5 Dates/1.4oz/40gm1.0 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
Put 3 c water in pot on high and add oats. Chop apple, dates, nuts. Save almonds and maple syrup for garnish. Boil 3 minutes. Turn off. Add all other ingredients. Stir well. Put lid on. Let sit 10 minutes. Stir again. Divide into 4 bowls. Garnish with almonds and maple syrup. Shredded coconut optional garnish. Serve ASAP.
