1.0 cup Butter, salted2.0 cup Granulated Sugar0.67 tbsp Honey6.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 cup Milk, 3.25%1.0 cup Figs, dried1.0 cup (not packed) Raisins3.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour2.0 tsp Baking Powder1.0 tbsp Allspice
Cream butter, sugar, and honey. Beat eggs, add milk, and combine with creamed mixture. Sift flour, baking powder, and spice together. Chop figs to size of raisins, combine the two, and add to dry ingredients. Gradually combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing well. Bake in well-greased, floured tube pan for 45 minutes at 350, or until tester comes out clean.
