Orzo Spinach Pasta Salad

Ingredients
Ingredients:Spinach, fresh, 1 cup tornRed onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped Celery, raw, 1 stalk choppedKalamata olives,pitted, 8 cut in halfReduced Fat Feta Cheese, 1 oz Orzo Pasta, 0.25 cup (uncooked)*Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Water 3 tbspGarlic, 1 tsp mincedwhite wine vinegar,1-2tspAnchovy pasteSalt /pepper
Directions
Cook orzo according to package instructions. Rinse with cold water. Mix salad ingredients together. Wisk Olive oil through salt/ pepper ingredients for dressing. Toss with salad.

1 large serving or can be divide for 2 side servings
