4.0 cup Half and Half Cream1.0 stick Margarine, hard4.0 cup, chopped or diced Turkey (light meat)3.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw2.0 cup, diced Celery, raw4.0 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw5.0 cup diced Potato, raw0.5 cup Flour, white4.0 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared
Directions
Combine flour and margarine to create a rue. Add stock and milk. Add other ingredients. Season with cumin, thyme, seasoning salt, pepper. Serving Size: 1 cup
