3.0 oz Cream Cheese1.0 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream1.0 tsp Garlic powder1.0 tsp Onion powder1.0 tsp Paprika1.0 dash Pepper, black1.0 dash Salt4.0 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, frozen, cooked1.0 cup Cheddar Cheese, Kroger shredded Sharp Cheddar2.0 tsp Kraft grated parmesean cheese0.5 cup Cheese, Kroger Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
Heat oven to 375F. Microwave cauliflower, until cooked. Bring heavy cream to simmer, in sauce pan. Add cubes of cream cheese. Stir until melted. Add spices and stir. Add cheddar and mozzarella. Stir until melted. Put cauliflower in sauce and stir gently until covered. Spray Pam in 8x8 casserole dish. Pour cauliflower mix into casserole dish. Spread evenly. Place in oven to bake 15 to 20 minutes.
