Ingredients
.5 cup Butter, unsalted 5 serving Beef Top Sirlion Steak - 4 oz. (by ALMOM68) .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic 0.10 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2 tsp Pepper, black 1 cup Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed) 1 cup Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken & Mushroom Soup (by BIZZZY) 4 serving fresh mushrooms, sliced (0.25 cup) 1 cup Sour Cream
Directions
n a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add steak strips, onion, and garlic; cook 5 to 7 minutes or until steak is no longer pink, stirring frequently.
Add flour and pepper; mix well. Add both soups and the mushrooms; mix well. Reduce heat to low and simmer 8 to 10 minutes, or until beef is tender.
Just before serving, stir in sour cream and cook 2 to 4 more minutes, or until mixture is heated through. Serve immediately.
