Sweet and Spicy veggie fries - daikon , beets, carrots

1.25 cup Beets, fresh20.0 oz daikon radish1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw1.0 tbsp Peanut Oil10.0 tsp Bragg All Natural Liquid Amino1.0 tsp Ginger Root0.5 tsp Ginger, ground3.0 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar1.0 dash Salt1.0 dash Pepper, black2.0 tbsp Argo 100% Pure Corn Starch0.5 serving Hot Sauce, Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce 1 tsp (5g)1.0 1tsp Canola Oil1.0 clove Garlic
Peel and cut all veggies into fry shaped pieces, thicker ones will be softer and mushier, 1/4" and thinner will crisp up beautifully.
Mix up all seasonings but corn starch
Put cut up daikon and carrot into seasonings and smush around to coat well, put onto baking sheet lined with parchment, sprinkle with 1/2-1tbsp starch and rub it into the marinade, drizzle on a bit more of the marinade if needed.
Repeat with the beets, starch can be added directly to marinade if desired
Sprinkle another dash or two of salt over veggies, and make sure they're in a single layer on the pan
Bake in preheated oven at 425°F for 25-30 minutes, tossing or flipping once or twice.
