Italian Style Slow Cooker Chili

Ingredients
2 cup, sliced Zucchini 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 30 oz Cannelloni Beans, Canned (by DESTINYISCHOICE) 3 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Sweet peppers (bell) 4 cup Canned Tomatoes 16 oz Turkey - 99% Fat Free - Jennie O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast 2 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf 2 tsp Oregano, ground 2 tbsp Basil 2 clove Garlic 4 tbsp Chili powder 1.5 serving Shoney's Pepperoncini - 4 peppers 2 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
Directions
Chop onions, peppers and zucchini, I do not crumble the bay leaf, it was the only way to add it, I pull them out when it is time to eat. Bell peppers I use a red, a green and the third is whatever I have. chop 6 pepperoncini peppers, Zucchini is 2 medium it is about 2 cups, drain and rinse the Cannelloni beans (I use low sodium but not an option to enter), Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours
