28.34 grams Olive Oil 8 fl oz Water, tap 2 tsp Fleischmann's Yeast (instant dry yeast) (by NURSIEBOOP) 3 cup Bob's Red Mill Organic Unbleached White Flour (by VLBARC) 1 tsp Salt
Add water and yeast, remove until yeast is dissolved. Add flour, oil and salt and knead the dough by hand or machine.
Let rest and double volume for 1 or 2 hours.
After it has risen, cut in four pieces to make pizzas
