1 tbsp Chili powder 1 tsp Oregano, ground 1.50 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 3 clove Garlic 1.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup, sliced Zucchini 1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 10 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 1.50 cup Chick Peas 1.75 tsp Cumin (ground) 50 grams Cilantro, raw 24 oz Kirkland Chicken Stock
Add beans to crock pot, top with chicken.
Add vegetables and spices. Keep cilantro for later
Add stock
Cook on low 8 hours
Remove chicken and shred
Add back to pot, stir in cilantro.
