Ingredients
3 tablespoons olive oil 3 tablespoons lemon juice 1 cup bread crumbs, plaindash salt1 teaspoon black pepper2 teaspoons garlic powder (NOT salt)1 tablespoon poultry seasoning6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts Or 12 chicken tender loins (I prefer the tender loins, which is just breasts cut in half. They cook faster and they are already serving size)
Directions
Makes 12 servings.

Mix the olive oil and lemon juice in a shallow dish. Mix the spices and bread crumbs on a plate. Dip the chicken into the olive oil and then dip into the bread crumb mix. Cover evenly. Place on a baking pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
