Cheeseburger Soup

Ingredients
32.0 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck6.0 cup beef bone broth4.0 cup Cauliflower, raw1.0 cup Tomato Sauce1.0 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added16.0 oz Cream Cheese, Great Value, 1/3 Less Fat Neufchatel Cheese4.0 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
Brown meat and onion. Toss everything but cheese in. Bring to boil then simmer 1 hr. Add cheese. Mix 4 tbsp with 2 cups milk, add to soup. Boil 5 mins. Serve. Garnish with whatever you like on a burger...pickles, fresh onion, mustard, etc.
