Ingredients
32 tbsp Aldi heavy whipping cream (by SPINSKEY) 15 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 4 serving Bacon - Oscar Mayer Center Cut 3 slices 3 serving Garlic - minced (1 tsp) (by ELLERCADE) 1 tbsp Spice World Minced Onions (Dried) (by UPSTAIRSMARJ) 4 cup Aldi's Fit & Active Chicken Broth - 1 cup (240mL)/serving 4 servings per box (by THENEWKAREN) 4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 16 oz Sausage -Bob Evans Zesty HOT - Roll (by MIGELE35) 2 cup kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh
Directions
Cook bacon then remove from pot set aside leaving 1 TBS of bacon juice in pot. Then add sausage in pot and cook till crumbled and brown. Remove sausage from pot and set to side. Add garlic and onion to pot until golden brown, then add chicken broth and water and come to boil. Add potatoes (thinly sliced) to pot and boil till soft. Add back sausage and add heavy cream. bring to light boil. add kale boil for 4 minutes. When done you can scoop out your bowl and add a little bit of the bacon and enjoy.
