Lentil, Kale, sweet potato soup

Ingredients
2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 6 serving Garlic, cooked (1 clove / serving) 400 grams Cilantro, raw .25 cup Lemon Juice 1 cup Lentils 2 cup, cubes Sweet potato 1 cup, chopped Kale
Directions
Chop, and brown onions in olive oil, add chopped garlic, chopped cilantro, and lemon zest. Cook till fragrant. Add lentils, 7 cups of water, bring to boil, and add potatoes, and cool until tender, but not soft. Add kale, and lemon juice and cook 1-2 minutes. Add salt and pepper, and serve.
