Couscous Salad

1 C couscous (cooked)1 C diced red pepper1 C cherry tomatos (cut in half)2 carrots, peeled and grated2 scallion, diced5 T diced red onion1 oz feta cheese1 C diced cucumber2 T fat free italian dressing1/2 C chickpeas1/2 C fresh cilantro, choppedSalt and pepper to taste
