Ingredients
16 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 1 cup Great Value Greek Plain Nonfat yogurt 1cup/227g=1 serv 3 tsp FOOD LION STONE GROUND MUSTARD (by CINDY247) 0.5 cup, diced Celery, raw 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 0.25 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 tbsp Natural Raw Unfiltered Honey
Directions
Grill chicken breast and let cool. Combine yogurt,mustard and honey. Dice honey,peppers and celery. Once chicken has cooled dice and combine all ingredients. Let chicken salad cool in the fridge. Add salt and pepper to taste. I seasoned my chicken with Cayenne pepper, I like it spicy and peppers are really healthy. I like to eat mine on whole wheat wraps or a leaf of romaine.
