Tortellini & white bean soup

Ingredients
4.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated1.0 tbsp Oregano, ground1.0 tsp Thyme, ground2.0 packet (6 fl oz prepared) Chicken Broth or Bouillon1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw1.0 cup, diced Celery, cooked1.0 clove Garlic1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw4.0 tbsp Parsley3.0 cup Spinach, fresh1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil260.0 gram(s) Bush's Best Cannellini Beans - White Kidney Beans (1/2 cup, 130 grams, 3.5 servings per container)2.0 serving Bacon (Tyson Thick Cut: 2 slices)9.0 oz Tomato and oregano tortellini, Priano brand
Directions
Boil an 8.8 oz package of Priano pasta and set aside. Bake bacon at 350, strain grease and set aside. Saute onion, celery carrot, and garlic with EVOO on medium heat for ten minutes. Add 10-12 cups of water and bring to a simmer. Add chicken broth or bouillon. Strain a can of white beans and add. Add fresh spinach and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve in bowls with 4-6 tortellini each. Grate. Parmesan and enjoy. Serving Size: Makes approx 10 1-cup servings
